Kids' Party Rentals Near Me: How Delivery and Setup Work in NJ & NY

Most "near me" searches end the same way: a list of companies, and every one of them says delivery "depends." It does depend, but not on anything mysterious. Here is exactly how it works with us.

We deliver across New Jersey and New York, with regular routes through these areas:

• New Jersey: Monmouth County, Ocean, Middlesex, Bergen, Essex, Morris, Somerset, Mercer and down to Cherry Hill and South Jersey.
• New York: Staten Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens, Long Island (including the Five Towns and Merrick and Bellmore), Westchester and Rockland County.

What delivery includes

1. A delivery window you know in advance, timed so everything is in place before the first guest arrives.
2. Placement where you want it — the middle of the patio, the living room with the coffee table pushed aside, the party room at the venue. Not left at the curb.
3. Full setup: tables leveled, chairs set at every place, the high chair at the head of the table if there is a birthday baby.
4. Pickup after the party, so the evening is yours.
5. Clean, checked furniture. Every chair is wiped down and checked between parties — here is what that looks like.

What shapes your quote

Two families on the same street can get different quotes. The difference almost always comes down to four things:

• How far the route runs. A stop on an existing route is simpler than a dedicated trip to the far end of a county.

• Timing. A tight setup window at a venue, or a pickup the same evening instead of the next day.

Three questions to ask any rental company near you

• "Is setup included, or is that extra?" Curbside drop-off and full setup are two different services.
• "When do you pick up?" Know whether it is the same evening or the next day before you plan the cleanup.
