Kids' Table & Chair Rentals in Westchester County, NY
Large properties, club events and the seating question nobody asks until the week of the party.
Westchester parties tend to be well planned. The caterer is booked, the entertainer is booked, the tent is booked — and the children's seating is the item that surfaces about ten days out, when someone realises the club or the caterer is providing adult chairs only.
That's the gap we fill. We're a chairs-only specialist, so we drop into an existing vendor line-up without renegotiating anything.
What we rent: kid-height tables, children's chairs, high chairs and dessert carts, delivered to your home, backyard, club or venue, set up before guests arrive and collected after the party. We're not the party planners — your planner or caterer handles the theme and the food, and we bring the kids' tables and chairs. Planning a first birthday? See first birthday party rentals.

Three Westchester scenarios
The at-home party on a large property
Space is not the constraint here — sightlines are. On a big lawn, a single children's table placed far from the adults becomes its own event, and parents end up walking back and forth all afternoon. Set the kids' seating within about thirty feet of where the adults gather, at an angle rather than facing away, and the party stays one party.
The club or catering hall event
Country clubs, golf clubs and catering halls almost always provide adult seating and almost never provide genuinely child-height furniture — usually a high chair or a booster on an adult chair. For a communion, bar mitzvah, christening or milestone lunch, a properly scaled kids' table changes how the whole room runs. More on that in seating the littlest guests at milestone events.
The wedding kids' table
Westchester is where we get asked for this most. A styled children's table at a wedding is the highest-return small decision a couple can make: the kids stay seated, the parents actually eat, and it quietly becomes one of the most photographed corners of the reception. See the kids' table, reimagined.
If you have a planner or a venue coordinator, put us in touch directly — we'll handle load-in timing, COIs and placement without adding another thread to your inbox. Planners who use us regularly say the same thing: a chairs-only partner is easier than a full-service one.
Timing
- Communion and graduation season (April–June) is the tightest window of the year in Westchester. Book eight weeks out.
- Fall weekends run a close second, particularly late September and October.
- Venue access windows matter more than distance here — clubs and halls often run events back-to-back, so tell us your load-in slot when you book.
Thanksgiving, Hanukkah and Christmas kids' tables in Westchester
The holiday table is where a proper kids' table earns its place: cousins seated together at their own height, the grown-ups' table finally quiet enough for conversation. Thanksgiving is Thursday, November 26; Hanukkah begins on the evening of Friday, December 4; and December weekends fill with family parties. Holiday weekends book early, so reserve now with Hold My Date and finish the guest count later.
- Thanksgiving and Friendsgiving — a kids' table with a high chair for the youngest: Thanksgiving kids' table rental.
- Hanukkah parties — latkes and dreidels at a table their size: Hanukkah kids' party rentals.
- Christmas dinner and December parties — Christmas kids' table rentals, plus what to book now for a December party.
Hosting in the city instead? We deliver the same sets to Manhattan and Queens and across Long Island.
What's included
- Delivery, setup and collection. We position and level the tables, arrange the chairs, and come back for everything after the party.
- Kid-height furniture. Chairs and tables scaled so children climb in unaided and their feet reach the floor — not scaled-down adult seating.
- Three collections. Essential, Classic and Atelier Rattan, so the furniture matches your palette rather than fighting it.
- Dessert carts as an add-on — usually the focal point of the party photos.
- Chairs-only if you want it. We work alongside whichever tent, catering or entertainment vendors you've already booked.
Booking checklist
- Date, start time and your access window.
- Number of children and their rough ages.
- Indoor, outdoor, or both — plus your rain plan.
- Delivery address, with stairs / elevator / gate width noted.
- Whether the building or venue needs a certificate of insurance.
- Your color palette or theme.
Send us those six things and we can usually confirm availability the same day.
Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver kids' party rentals to Westchester County?
Yes. We deliver, set up and collect children's chairs, tables and dessert carts throughout Westchester, including Scarsdale, Rye, Harrison, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Bronxville, New Rochelle, White Plains, Chappaqua, Armonk, Bedford and Katonah.
Can you provide just the children's seating for an event my caterer is handling?
Yes. We are a chairs-only specialist and regularly supply the children's table and chairs alongside a caterer, club or venue that is providing adult seating. Put us in touch with your planner or coordinator and we'll handle load-in timing and placement directly.
Do country clubs and catering halls have kids' chairs?
Almost never at the right scale. Most provide a high chair or a booster seat on an adult chair, which is not the same as a child-height table and chair. For communions, bar and bat mitzvahs, christenings and milestone lunches, properly scaled children's furniture noticeably changes how the room runs.
How far ahead should I book in Westchester?
Eight weeks for April through June, which is communion and graduation season and the tightest window of the year, and for late September and October weekends. Other dates are usually available with two to three weeks' notice.
Do you rent a kids' table for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner in Westchester?
Yes. We deliver and set up kids' tables, chairs and high chairs for Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, Hanukkah and Christmas gatherings at homes and venues across Westchester, and pick them up afterward. Holiday weekends book early, so reserve your date with Hold My Date.
Do you plan or decorate the party?
No. We're not the party planners — we rent the kids' tables, chairs, high chairs and dessert carts. Your planner, caterer or you handle the theme, decor and food, and we set up our pieces alongside them.
How do I hold a holiday date before I know the guest count?
Use Hold My Date. It locks your date, the amount is credited toward your rental, and you can confirm the number of kids' tables and chairs later.
