Our Story

Why Mini Chairs Atelier began

When Estie went looking for beautiful chairs for her own daughter's birthday party, she couldn't find anything that felt special enough — so she decided to create it herself.

What started as one mother's search became Mini Chairs Atelier: a boutique rental collection built for the smallest guests of honor, serving families across New Jersey and New York with chairs, tables, and dessert carts that make every celebration feel curated.

Our rental policies

Simple, transparent terms so your celebration goes off without a hitch.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and setup typically occur the morning of your event, with pickup the following day. Exact windows are confirmed the week of.

Deposit

A deposit secures your date and pieces. The remaining balance is due before delivery. Deposits are applied toward your total rental cost.

03

Cancellations

Cancellations made with advance notice receive a partial refund of the deposit. Date changes are accommodated when possible, based on availability.

04

Care & Damage

We ask that rented pieces be kept indoors or under cover. A damage waiver may apply; excessive damage or loss is billed at replacement cost.

Everything families usually ask before booking — and if yours isn't here, we're just a call away.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend reserving 3–4 weeks ahead, especially for spring and summer weekends when our Exclusive Rattan collection books quickly. That said, always reach out — if we have availability, we're happy to accommodate shorter timelines.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver, set up and pick up across New Jersey and New York, including Brooklyn, Long Island, NYC and Pennsylvania. Delivery fees vary by region — call us with your event address and we'll include it in your custom quote.

What ages are the chairs and tables sized for?

Our pieces are scaled for little guests roughly ages 1–8. They're sturdy, stable and comfortable for toddlers through early elementary ages.

Is setup included?

Yes — every package includes delivery, full setup and next-day pickup, so your celebration is effortless from start to finish.

Can the chairs be used outdoors?

Absolutely — grass, patios and indoor floors all work beautifully. We simply ask that pieces be kept under cover overnight and protected from rain.

How does pricing work?

Every party is a little different, so we build custom quotes based on your package, collection tier and delivery area. Call us at 917‑682‑1524 and we'll put yours together on the spot.
