Holiday Kids' Party Rentals in NJ & NY
Thanksgiving, eight nights of Hanukkah, Christmas and a noon countdown to the New Year — four very different gatherings, one thing in common: a room full of children who deserve a proper seat at the table.
The holidays are when the kids' table matters most. It's the one stretch of the year when cousins, classmates and neighbors all end up in the same room, usually for longer than a birthday party, and usually in someone's dining room rather than a venue built for it. A card table and folding chairs make it feel like an afterthought. Chairs and tables sized for them make it feel like their party too.
We deliver kid-sized tables, chairs and dessert carts across New Jersey and New York, set everything up in place, and come back for it afterward. Delivery, setup and pickup are included, not extras. Below are four holiday guides, each with styling ideas, timing and the seating math for that particular gathering.

Book early — December weekends go first
Every family wants the same handful of dates. The Saturday and Sunday of each December weekend are the first to go, followed by the days just before Thanksgiving and right around New Year's. Once a set of chairs is out on a Saturday, it's out — there is no second set hiding in the van. If your date is fixed, send it to us now rather than in December; if it's flexible, a Friday evening or a weekday afternoon is often wide open.

What a holiday setup includes
Every rental comes from one of three collections: Essential for clean-lined chairs and a low table, Classic for the full seated party, and Atelier Rattan for natural cane that suits every holiday palette on this page. Tables can be made in a custom color on request, so a white-winter Christmas or a blue-and-silver Hanukkah table is a matter of asking. Add the dessert cart for cookies, gelt or a countdown candy bar.
We're not the party planners — we rent the kids' tables, chairs and dessert carts. The place settings, centerpieces and holiday styling are yours or your planner's; we deliver the furniture, set it up in place before guests arrive and pick it up afterward.
Not sure how many seats you need? Our guide to how many kids' chairs and tables to rent covers the numbers, and the holiday and winter party ideas post has more styling direction for the season.
The tables and chairs we bring for a holiday kids' table
Holiday gatherings tend to happen in dining rooms, living rooms and finished basements, so the pieces that work best are the ones that fit a real room. Here is what families book most for the season:
- Mini Scalloped Oval Table — 75″ long and 30″ wide, white, and made in any color on request. One long table is the easiest way to seat a row of cousins side by side.
- Farm Mini Table — natural wood, the warm farmhouse look that suits a Thanksgiving or Friendsgiving table.
- Serpentine Table and Modern White Kids Table — white tables that pair with a blue-and-silver Hanukkah palette or a winter-white Christmas.
- The Daisy Table — 36 inches wide, fits five chairs, hand-painted by our family. Only two are available, so it books early in December.
- Chairs — the rattan Bow, Rainbow, Loop and Round chairs, the Classic Chair (white chiavari style), the natural-wood Cross Back Chair, clear acrylic Ghost Chairs for a snowy, sparkly table, the pink Bow Metal Chair and the lavender Mini Bistro Chair. Most come in other colors on request.
- High chairs — the rattan Isabella high chair, so the baby cousin sits at the same height as everyone else.
Thanksgiving and Friendsgiving: one delivery for the long weekend
For Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 26) we deliver and set up before the holiday and pick up after the long weekend. That means the same kids' table and chairs are still there for Friday leftovers, a Friendsgiving or the Saturday cousins' visit — no second delivery to arrange. Plan on four to six children per table, and add a spare chair or two for the guest who arrives with a friend.
Working out the seating? The big-family Thanksgiving seating plan shows how many kids' tables you need by age, and the Thanksgiving kids' table rental page has the details for the holiday itself. For something to do while dinner finishes, try the paper turkey place cards or the “I'm thankful for” placemats.
Ready to lock in a date? Hold your date while we finalize your quote — the hold is credited toward your rental — or request a quote with the holiday, the date and how many little guests. Year-round, our kids' table and chair rentals page covers every collection.
Book by November 30 with code THANKS10, or use HOLIDAY10 for 10% off from December 1 through January 5. Mention your code on the quote form.
Frequently asked questions
How far ahead should I book a holiday kids' party rental?
As early as you can for December weekends and the days around Thanksgiving and New Year's — those dates go first every year. Weekdays and Friday evenings are usually easier. Send us your date and we'll tell you honestly what's still open.
Is delivery, setup and pickup included?
Yes. We deliver, set everything up in place and come back for it afterward. For Thanksgiving we deliver before the holiday and pick up after the long weekend.
Which areas do you deliver to for holiday parties?
New Jersey and New York, including Monmouth, Ocean and Bergen counties, the Five Towns and Lawrence on Long Island, Brooklyn and Westchester. If you're not sure your address is in range, ask.
Can the tables match my holiday colors?
Our tables can be made in a custom color on request, so a white, blue or deep green table for the holidays is possible. Tell us your palette on the quote form and we'll confirm what we can do for your date.
Is there a holiday discount?
Book by November 30 with code THANKS10, or use HOLIDAY10 for 10% off from December 1 through January 5. Mention your code on the quote form and we'll apply it when we send your quote.
Do you decorate or set the holiday table?
No. We're not the party planners — we rent the kids' tables, chairs and dessert carts and set up the furniture. The place settings, centerpieces and holiday styling are yours or your planner's.
Can we keep the kids' table for Friendsgiving the same weekend?
Yes. For Thanksgiving we deliver before the holiday and pick up after the long weekend, so the same kids' table and chairs work for Friday leftovers, a Friendsgiving or the Saturday cousins' visit.
Can I hold a holiday date before my quote is final?
Yes. Hold My Date sets your date aside while we finalize your quote, and the hold is credited toward your rental. December weekends go first, so it's worth holding early.
