A Kids' Table & Chair Rental Partner for Event Planners
You design the party. We bring the little tables and chairs underneath it, set them exactly where your floor plan says, and leave before your florist needs the room. Here is how planners across New Jersey and New York work with us — and why we will never compete with you for the décor.
Most planners we work with found us the same way: a client asked for “a real kids' table” and the usual rental house only had folding tables at grown-up height. A kid-height table and chairs is a small line on your vendor sheet, but it changes how the party photographs, how long the children stay seated and how calm the dessert hour feels. That is the only line we fill.
We're not the party planners — we rent the kids' tables, chairs and dessert carts. No balloon installs, no florals, no linens, no styling packages, no “design add-ons” offered to your client behind your back. Our whole business is the furniture, delivered on time and clean, so the rest of the design can be yours.
We stay in our lane, so your lane stays yours
Plenty of rental companies quietly sell décor to the same families who hired you. We don't, and we never will. When a parent calls us first and asks about balloons or a backdrop, we tell them that is a planner's job and, if they ask, we send them back to the planners we know. The creative direction, the client relationship and the styling credit stay with you.
When we share photos from a party you designed, you are credited first, by name, every time — “our kids' tables and chairs at a party styled by…” — and we crop to the furniture. A rattan chair is pretty on its own. A rattan chair inside your finished concept is what books your next client, and we want your name on that picture.
What planners rent from us
- Kid-height tables — long rows for a full kids' table, round tables for a lounge corner, and shaped tables (scalloped, serpentine, daisy) when the table itself is part of the look. Tables can be customized on request, in any color and size, to match your palette.
- Children's chairs in three collections — Essential, Classic and Rattan Kids' Chair Rental, so you can match the furniture to the brief without switching vendors. Clear ghost chairs, white chiavari-style Classic chairs, natural cross backs and soft-colored rattan are all made at kid height.
- High chairs for the guest of honor at a first birthday or a baby naming.
- Dessert carts — a kids' dessert cart you can style with your own florals, signage and treats.
New colors and pieces arrive through the season; the new arrivals page shows what is in the collection now. If your concept needs a color we don't stock, ask — most tables can be painted to match.
How a planner booking works
- Send the basics. Event date, venue or town, the number of children who will sit and the look you are going for. A short quote request is enough to start; a mood board helps.
- We confirm the pieces and the count. If the guest list is still moving, you can hold your date now and confirm the final count closer to the day.
- Send us your floor plan. Tell us where the kids' table goes, which way it faces and where the dessert cart lives. We set to your plan, not ours.
- We deliver and set up before you arrive. Furniture is in place and wiped down before your team starts styling, so nobody is carrying chairs around a finished tablescape.
- We pick up after the party, on the schedule the venue or family needs — usually the next day for homes, or at the venue's breakdown window.
The full step-by-step, from first message to pickup, is in how a kids' table and chair rental works.
The details planners ask about
Timing and access
We are open 365 days a year, so weekday installs, holiday weekends and early-morning venue windows are normal for us. For homes, apartments and buildings with loading docks or elevator bookings, our delivery access checklist covers what to confirm with the client in advance — parking, stairs, doorman rules and the setup window.
Counts and sizing
Count the children who will actually sit (usually ages one to ten), then add two seats for the late arrivals. A long kids' table seats about ten; past that, two tables in an L or a row keeps the line readable in photos. The how many kids' chairs and tables guide has the numbers for 10, 20 and 30 children, by age.
Clean, every time
Every chair and table is checked and cleaned between parties, so you never have to wipe a seat before the photographer arrives. Here is how we clean and check every chair.
Planner pricing
Professional event planners receive 15% off our rental rates on every booking. Mention it when you send the date and it goes on the quote. We would rather be your furniture partner for years than anyone's one-time vendor.
Events we set for planners
First birthdays are the most common, with a high chair at the head of the table — see first birthday party rentals. We also set kids' tables at weddings and grown-up celebrations, where a proper children's table keeps the little guests together and out of the aisle (kids' tables at weddings and events); at baby showers and sip-and-sees, where the older siblings need their own spot (luxury kids' seating for showers); and at communions, baby namings and family milestones (milestone events).
This fall, the busiest dates are the Halloween party weekend (October 24–25), the NJEA long weekend in New Jersey (November 5–8) and the December holiday weekends, which book first every year. If a client is still deciding, holding the date now keeps your plan intact.
When a client asks you “who does the kids' table?”
Many of our first-time families arrive with no planner at all and a long list of questions. We send them a simple rule: rent the seating, leave the styling to a planner. Our first-time host guide says exactly that, and it is one more reason families end up calling planners like you. For your own clients, our main kids' table and chair rentals page is a clean link to forward — it shows the collections without selling a single balloon.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer décor or styling services?
No. We're not the party planners. We rent kids' tables, chairs, high chairs and dessert carts, and we deliver, set up and pick them up. Décor, florals, balloons, linens and styling are always the planner's work.
Do event planners get a discount?
Yes. Professional event planners receive 15% off our rental rates on every booking. Mention it when you send your event date and it goes on the quote.
Will you set up to my floor plan before my team arrives?
Yes. Send the floor plan with the kids' table position and the dessert cart spot, and we deliver and set up before your styling window, so the furniture is in place and clean when your team starts.
Do you credit the planner when you share photos?
Always. When we share a party you designed, the planner is credited first by name, and we crop to the tables and chairs so the styling stays yours.
Where do you deliver for planners?
Across New Jersey and New York, to homes, backyards, apartments and venues. We are open 365 days a year, so weekday and holiday-weekend installs are normal for us.
