Three Westchester scenarios

The at-home party on a large property

Space is not the constraint here — sightlines are. On a big lawn, a single children's table placed far from the adults becomes its own event, and parents end up walking back and forth all afternoon. Set the kids' seating within about thirty feet of where the adults gather, at an angle rather than facing away, and the party stays one party.

The club or catering hall event

Country clubs, golf clubs and catering halls almost always provide adult seating and almost never provide genuinely child-height furniture — usually a high chair or a booster on an adult chair. The wedding kids' table

Westchester is where we get asked for this most. A styled children's table at a wedding is the highest-return small decision a couple can make: the kids stay seated, the parents actually eat, and it quietly becomes one of the most photographed corners of the reception. Timing

• Communion and graduation season (April–June) is the tightest window of the year in Westchester. Book eight weeks out.
• Fall weekends run a close second, particularly late September and October.
• Venue access windows matter more than distance here — clubs and halls often run events back-to-back, so tell us your load-in slot when you book.

What's included

• Delivery, setup and collection. We position and level the tables, arrange the chairs, and come back for everything after the party.
• Kid-height furniture. Chairs and tables scaled so children climb in unaided and their feet reach the floor — not scaled-down adult seating.
• Three collections. Essential, Classic and Atelier Rattan, so the furniture matches your palette rather than fighting it.
• Dessert carts as an add-on — usually the focal point of the party photos.
• Chairs-only if you want it. We work alongside whichever tent, catering or entertainment vendors you've already booked.

Booking checklist

1. Date, start time and your access window.
2. Number of children and their rough ages.
3. Indoor, outdoor, or both — plus your rain plan.
4. Delivery address, with stairs / elevator / gate width noted.
5. Whether the building or venue needs a certificate of insurance.
6. Your color palette or theme.
