Free Kids' Party Printables
Eight PDFs we designed for our own clients. No email required, no signup wall — just download them.
Everything here prints on a home printer on standard letter paper. Card stock is better for the place cards and thank you notes; plain paper is fine for the placemats and checklist.
Place cards & thank you cards: 65–110lb card stock, print at 100% (not “fit to page”, which shifts the cut lines).
Placemats: plain paper, landscape. Print one per child and set a cup of crayons in the middle of the table.
Labels: plain paper works; sticker paper is better. Tape the ends rather than trying to make them stick to a wet bottle.
How to use them together
The three that work as a set are the placemat, the place card and the label. Put a placemat at each seat, a named place card above it and a named bottle beside it, and you have a fully assigned table for about forty cents a child. Every parent who walks in reads it as effort, and every child sits where you intended.
The tutorials that pair with these:
- DIY coloring placemats — if you'd rather design your own
- DIY gilded place cards — the upgraded version
- Mini pumpkin place cards — the autumn version
- The 6-week party timeline — the long-form version of the checklist
Can I use these for my own party?
Yes — that's what they're for. Print as many as you like for your own events. Please don't resell them or strip the credit line; other than that, enjoy them.
Frequently asked questions
Are these party printables really free?
Yes. All five PDFs are free to download with no email signup or account required. They're for personal use at your own events — please don't resell them.
What paper should I print place cards on?
65 to 110lb card stock gives the best result. Print at 100% scale rather than 'fit to page', which shifts the cut lines away from the printed dashes.
What size are the printable place cards?
3.5 by 2 inches folded, six per letter-size sheet. They're designed as fold-over tent cards so they stand up on the table without a holder.
Can I print the coloring placemats at home?
Yes. They're letter-size landscape and print fine on plain paper from any home printer. Print one per child and put a cup of crayons in the middle of the table.
