Kids' Party Chair & Table Rental Pricing
How our pricing works, what's included as standard, and the four things that change a quote — explained properly, before you call.
Most rental companies won't put a number anywhere near their website, which makes planning a budget genuinely difficult. We can't publish one fixed price either — delivery to Bay Head and delivery to Bay Ridge are not the same job — but we can be completely clear about how pricing works, so nothing surprises you.
How we price
Three components, and that's all:
- The furniture. Priced per set — a table with its chairs — and by collection tier. Essential, Classic and Atelier Rattan.
- Delivery. Quoted on your actual address, not a zone guess. This is the number other companies most often leave until the end.
- Add-ons. Dessert cart, extra chairs, styling extras. Optional, itemized.
Setup and collection are included, not billed separately. So is leveling the tables, arranging the chairs, and coming back for everything afterwards.
What a typical booking looks like
| Party | Usual configuration |
|---|---|
| First or second birthday | One kids' table, 6–8 chairs. Our single most common booking. |
| Preschool birthday (10–14 kids) | Two tables angled toward each other, 12–16 chairs. |
| Larger party (15–24 kids) | Three groupings plus a dessert cart. Clusters, not one long table. |
| Wedding or milestone kids' table | One styled table, 6–10 chairs, usually with the dessert cart. |
| Thanksgiving or holiday kids' table | One table, 6–8 chairs. Books out by late October. |
The four things that change a quote
- Distance. Our regular routes are central and northern New Jersey, the NYC boroughs, Long Island and Westchester. Philadelphia and Bucks County run on a scheduled route, so they need more notice rather than more money.
- Access. Stairs, walk-ups, freight elevators and long carries affect our timing window, not usually the price — but we need to know in advance so we allow for them.
- Collection tier. Atelier Rattan is our most requested and prices above Essential.
- Date. Peak Saturdays in spring and fall are in highest demand. Midweek and winter dates are the best value in the calendar, and genuinely nothing about the party is worse for it.
No setup fee added at the end, no fuel surcharge appearing on the final invoice, and no per-chair "damage waiver" you didn't agree to. If it's on the quote, it's the price. We wrote about the industry's habits here: what delivery really costs.
How to get an exact number today
Send these six things and we'll usually come back the same day with a firm quote:
- Date and start time
- Number of children, and their rough ages
- Indoor, outdoor, or both
- Full delivery address, plus stairs / elevator / gate width
- Whether the building or venue needs a certificate of insurance
- Your color palette or theme
Call or text 917-682-1524, or use the availability form.
Ways to spend less without the party looking it
- Book a Sunday or a Friday. Same furniture, less competition for the date.
- Rent the seating, DIY the styling. The furniture is what photographs; ribbons and place cards you can make in an evening. Start with our DIY tutorials.
- Cluster instead of extending. Three small tables often costs less than one oversized configuration and works better anyway.
- Skip the extras that aren't in photos. Spend on the table and the backdrop; almost nothing else shows.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to rent kids' party chairs and tables?
Pricing has three parts: the furniture priced per set and by collection tier, delivery quoted on your actual address, and any optional add-ons such as a dessert cart. Setup and collection are included rather than billed separately. Send your date, headcount and address for an exact quote, usually returned the same day.
Is delivery and setup included in the price?
Setup and collection are always included — that covers positioning and leveling the tables, arranging the chairs, and returning to collect everything after the party. Delivery itself is quoted on your specific address rather than a flat zone rate.
What makes a quote go up or down?
Four things: distance from our regular routes, the collection tier you choose, the date (peak spring and fall Saturdays are in highest demand), and add-ons like a dessert cart. Access details such as stairs or freight elevators affect our timing window rather than the price, but we need to know about them in advance.
Are there hidden fees?
No. There is no setup fee added at the end, no fuel surcharge on the final invoice, and no per-chair damage waiver you didn't agree to. If it's on the quote, it's the price.
What is the cheapest way to rent for a kids' party?
Book a Friday or Sunday rather than a Saturday, rent the furniture and do the styling yourself, and use several small table groupings rather than one oversized configuration. Midweek and winter dates are the best value in the calendar.
