Think of it as the paper half of what we already do with the Foam Board Atelier: made to order in your palette, added to your rental, brought on the day.

How it works
Tell us when you book
Tick the paper goods box on the inquiry form and give us your color palette. Nothing else needed yet.
Send names two weeks before
One list, however you like — typed, texted, a photo of the invite list. First names are enough.
We set them
Every piece is set in your palette and proofed as a single sheet you approve by text. One round of changes included.
Delivered and placed
They arrive cut and ready with your chairs and tables. If you'd like, we'll set the place cards at each seat while we're arranging the furniture.
Two weeks' notice for names is comfortable. We can turn a set around in five days if you're late — ask, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible for your date rather than promising and scrambling.
Why the names matter more than they should
Two things happen when a child finds their own name at a table. They sit down — a named seat is startlingly effective at keeping a four-year-old in one — and they take it home. A place card with a five-year-old's name on it ends up on a bedroom shelf for a year.
For parents, it does something different: it's the single clearest signal that a party was planned rather than assembled. It costs less than a bunch of balloons and it's in every photograph of the table.

No. They're delivered with your chairs and tables, so there's nothing to ship. That's the main reason the add-on is good value compared with ordering personalized party stationery online.
Can I just make these myself?
Yes, and we publish the templates free — place cards, coloring placemats, thank you cards, a planning checklist and water bottle labels are all downloadable with no signup. The add-on exists for the parties where you'd rather it was simply done for you.
Will you set the place cards out at the party?
Yes, if you'd like. We'll place them at each seat while we're arranging the furniture, at no extra cost.
