Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what we need to quote and deliver your rental, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are

Mini Chairs Atelier rents children's party furniture across New Jersey and New York. You can reach us at 917-682-1524 or minichairs770@gmail.com with any question about this policy or about information we hold about you.

What we collect

• When you request a quote or contact us. Your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue or delivery area, and whatever details you choose to include about your party.
• When you join our email list. Your email address.
• When you place an order. Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems; we receive confirmation of the payment and the order details attached to it.
• When you use the room visualizer. Any photo you upload, so it can be processed into a preview. We also record a count of how many previews have been generated from an address, purely to limit abuse of the tool.
• Automatically, when you browse. Standard server logs kept by our host, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule delivery, setup and pickup, take payment, and keep in touch about your booking. If you joined our list, to send occasional offers and seasonal ideas — every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect a booking.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the site work, and only with what they need:

• Netlify — hosting and server logs.
• Formspree — delivers quote and contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — the AI model behind the room visualizer processes uploaded photos to generate a preview.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses a small amount of browser storage for conveniences like remembering that you have already seen a popup, and for the site search index. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking records are kept as long as we need them for our business and tax records. Email list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Photos uploaded to the visualizer are used to generate your preview and are not kept as part of a customer record.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email minichairs770@gmail.com and we will action it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.

Children

Our rentals are for children's parties, but this site is intended for the adults planning them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
